I have 4 of 4s lipo batteries lying around that I don't want to waste. Additionally, the TS100 is not very powerful when the voltage drops below 17V. So I built this converter and set the output to 23V. It works perfectly fine now. However, the TS100 is sensitive about high voltage above 25V, as far as I know. Therefore, it's better for you to set the output around 23V maximum. When the input voltage is given to the converter, I noticed some ripples on the output voltage when inspected with my oscilloscope which has a highest limit of around 32V. So I think it's better for you to power up the converter unit first and then connect the TS100 after the output voltage is stabilized. 40mm fan grill can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:933789 **BOM: Switch:** https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10Pcs-Ship-Type-Switch-15X21-KCD1-101-Red-2Pin-6A-250V-ON-OFF-15-21/32801619891.html **Voltage Boost Converter:** https://www.aliexpress.com/item/150W-Boost-Converter-DC-DC-11-33V-to-13-36V-Step-Up-Voltage-Charger-Module-Freeshipping/32715283266.html **Voltmeter:** https://www.aliexpress.com/item/0-29-Inch-Red-Blue-Digital-LED-Mini-Display-Module-DC2-6V-31V-DC0-110V-Voltmeter/32849561650.html **Brass Inserts:** https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100PCS-M3-3-5-MM-Brass-Inserts-Double-Pass-Copper-Knurl-Nut-Embedded-Fastener/32825235531.html https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100PCS-M3-6-0mm-OD-6-0mm-Brass-Inserts-Double-Pass-Copper-Knurl-Nut-Embedded-Fastener/32822621373.html **XT60 and Deans Connectors** 40mm Fan
