This is a battery pack designed for the TS-100 soldering iron. It makes the TS-100 fully portable without any cables. The design features two 18650 batteries, a digital display that shows battery voltage, and a DC-DC stepup board. All components are inexpensive and can be easily sourced from online shops. Currently, I'm developing this project and working on a PCB with battery protection, charging capabilities, an LCD display, a working light, and power control. Rev00 differs from Rev01 in that Rev01 includes a working light option and a power switch. Rev02 is similar to Rev01 but features honeycomb ventilation holes.
