TS100 adapter for soldering iron holder

<p>Just a simple adapter for a cheap solder iron holder I had. This replaces the plastic part of the holder. Two washers is added during the print that holds the TS100 iron securely.</p><p>Pause at layer 93 (18.60 mm) and 223 (45.60 mm) to add the washers.
