This is TS-FT002 holder suitable for inside of the retention tank.I recommend ABS, supports required only on build plate.When you will put TS-FT002 inside retention tank, ensure you at least coat the PCB eg. with nail polish, eg. like documented here - https://community.athom.com/t/new-app-ready-now-tank-level-meter-tf-ft002/44174/43?u=sharkysV2 version is slightly modified, bottom part slightly extended so that battery can be removed without dismantle, mounting holes extended to allow slight adjustments, added groove for fixation using plastic strips  etc.
