<p>This is a work in progress and is not tested.</p> <p>This model is the same as the model it is remixed from, except that it has a larger compartment for the USB cable. The compartment is approximately 53x64x34mm. This is the base only, the rest of the parts (lid, latch parts, reel and battery catch) can be found in the original thing here <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4164450">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4164450</a>.</p> <p>There are 2 versions of the base, one which is a "plain" base, which does not have the dimples to fit in a Stanley case, and a "Stanley" version which does have the dimples.</p> <p>There are also versions of each type (PLAIN or STANLEY), which have supports designed in, which may help. The supports are untested and designed for 0.2mm layer heights - but as they are not tested, please review the layers in the slicer to be sure they will work for you. I also included the supports as a model and STEP files for easy remixing.</p> <p>If you make one please post it. I do not plan to build this since I have a working version (without the USB cable compartment) which I use and works well enough.</p> Category: Electronics
