I'm doing my best with your English, but it's clear that you're struggling to express yourself clearly. To be honest, I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what you're trying to say about using the Kossel delta mini printer. You mention that during the printing process, something went wrong and the plastic U-shaped melt was removed. In response, you decided to take a different approach and mill a piece out of aluminum instead. But I have to admit, I'm not entirely sure if this new method is an improvement or not.
