Trylon & Perisphere

My interpretation of the iconic centerpiece building from the 1939-40 New York World's Fair is the Trylon & Perisphere. The memory of visiting the 1964 World's Fair in New York sparked my interest in creating a model of the Unisphere, which still stands today at Flushing Meadows Park. Research revealed that this remarkable structure occupied the exact same location a quarter century earlier, an intriguing connection I couldn't resist exploring further. With this newfound knowledge, I decided to create a model of it first! I've included images showcasing the completed model as well as an exploded view to facilitate understanding of how its components come together seamlessly. Due to the intricate design, the entire model likely won't print in one single shot. To cater to smaller printers, I've also provided two versions of the Trylon: a one-part version and a more detailed two-part rendition. Enjoy!
