TRX-4 Hobbywing 1080 Mount with Lever Switch

When I swapped my TRX-4 ESC for a Hobbywing 1080, I discovered multiple mounting plates, but none featured an external lever switch like I'd grown accustomed to with the original Traxxas ESC. I've merged Puredeath's outstanding TRX switch with a basic 1080 mount by silverbullet126. Personally, I prefer the longer rocker level designed by NetMagi, so I've reworked both it and the original Puredeath one to fit the 1080 mount seamlessly. To complement combining the parts, I tweaked the tray for a better fit on trucks equipped with the 2-speed servo installed, and added holes around the base for tie wraps. The switch height is set assuming the button is mounted using the foam tape that comes standard with the ESC.
