Trunk Corners

To create an old-style steamer trunk, I fashioned custom brass corners as store-bought options didn't satisfy me. These corners feature a chamfer at 45 degrees for 90-degree angles. However, if your trunk has non-rounded edges, you must plane or route them to achieve the desired fit. Note that this template lacks pre-drilled screw/nail holes; use a heated fastener to create these as needed.
