Trunk bottom support pad (convertible/coupe) for BMW vehicles
thingiverse
I lost my cap a while back and stumbled upon one here, but it wasn't the right model or design for me. So, I designed a new cap for my car instead. It's been tested on an e46 convertible, but it should fit a coupe just as well, possibly even other models too. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Rebel 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.25mm Infill: 25% Notes: The part needs to be stiff, so use four perimeters and at least three bottom and top layers. Post-Printing The central hole is a bit larger (0.25mm) to fit without drilling, but it depends on the printing setup and printer. You may need to drill it slightly. How I Designed This I used Tinkercad.
