Truncated Octahedron

A 14-sided cube, also known as a truncated octahedron, served as the foundation for an artist's sculpture project. The artist initially created a small, under 10-inch model using zip tied dowels. To ensure structural stability, 1/4-20 weld studs were attached to each face of the cube. This strong core structure allowed the artist to create various permanent designs from it.
