Here's my attempt at creating a character with small hands using Meshmixer: I've been experimenting with tweaking the proportions of the hands to make them more compact and delicate-looking. It was a bit tricky to get the right balance between the size of the fingers and the overall hand shape, but I think I'm getting there! The key is to reduce the length of the fingers while keeping their thickness proportional to the rest of the body.
