I modified JohnnyBOI's trumpet pencil clip so that it can securely hold onto the straight tubing surrounding the main tuning slide of my trumpet. The outer diameter in my case measures 14mm. To achieve a snug fit, I set the inner diameter of the big ring to 13.5mm, preventing it from sliding around.
