A screw-top trumpet mouthpiece holder safeguards your trumpet mouthpiece in your bag. However, it has not been field-tested yet. In regards to the scad file, it employs the screw library from Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8796) and includes a 'fudge' factor for specifying the gap when printing the screw threads on the cap. You might be able to decrease this if your printer is more calibrated (mine is new and I am still learning).
