Here is a custom design for a handmade smoking pipe. This project was created with the Customizer app on Thingiverse, a platform for user-generated 3D printable objects. Below are the specifications and parameters used to customize this design: Cup diameter: Set to 16mm, a common size for handheld pipes. Rim width: Specified at 6.5mm, which should provide a comfortable grip while minimizing waste during production. Throat diameter: This measurement is critical as it directly impacts airflow; set at 4mm, a standard size that offers optimal ventilation. Cup sphere factor: Calculated as 0.5, a setting that will help shape the cup to maximize space while ensuring proper draft patterns. Throat radius: Set to 3.5mm, a moderate value that provides a stable and efficient path for airflow. Printing foot height: At 1 unit, this parameter controls the height of the support material required during printing; this low setting should result in minimal material usage. The depth of the cup is an important design element; set at 8 units, it influences both function and aesthetics. The rim shape was calculated to be approximately 0.69 units in width, allowing for optimal airflow while preventing any potential obstruction caused by excess material. Finally, mouthpiece length is critical for user comfort during prolonged smoking sessions; this model has a generous length of 88 units, providing ample room for fingers to grasp securely. Back pipe diameter, measuring 9mm, will guide smoke through the back of the bowl and provide excellent performance without compromising airflow.
