I've got a double axel solution that's Swift and effective - my back bedroom doesn't get warm in the winter, but I've got a clever fix. You can buy restrictors, but they're often out of stock; fortunately, I have a 3D printer at my disposal. To tackle this problem, I simply removed the pipe in front of my caravan, inserted a restrictor, and re-fitted the pipe - voila!
