I designed this cap as a direct replacement for the corroded original metal component. We utilize these bottles within our office environment, serving as an alternative to traditional plastic (BPA-free) water containers. The cap fits seamlessly on my Artillery Sidewinder X1 and custom printer, accommodating the large bottle with precision. Additionally, I created a model for the washer, making it watertight by design. The cap was printed using PLA, while the washer was produced in TPU 0.2 material with a high level of detail.
