The design weighs 105 kg. We conducted an analysis of truck underrun protection utilizing ANSYS software. The following results demonstrate differing loading conditions: at P1, the von Mises stress was 307 MPa with 7.3 mm deformation; at P2, it was 346 MPa with 3.7 mm deformation; and at P3, the stress was 170 MPa with 1.9 mm deformation.
