TRS-80 Model 1 Computer

TRS-80 Model 1 Computer

thingiverse

A Radio Shack TRS-80 Model 1, modeled in actual size, so it's best to scale it down by 10% or 20%. You'll need to print two parts: the top half and the bottom half (with or without feet). The computer actually has feet, but supports won't be necessary if you don't include them. Glue the top and bottom halves together, with the thicker part of the feet facing the thicker part of the top half. There's a 1/16" horizontal slot around the real thing, so that should also be included. Finally, glue on the keyboard. For authenticity, everything except the keyboard should be grey, while the raised logo portion is silver and can be painted. The enter key is nominally white, and the small power LED near the logo is usually red.
