Troy-Bilt Snowblower Axle Bushing

This is a replacement for MTD 1739470 Flange Bearing. This axle bearing block wears out, causing your snowblower's drive chain to continually come off. Excessive play in the bushing creates slop that pulls the gear out of alignment. Furthermore, on older snowblowers, the snowblower's chain is likely stretched, making it already too loose. The bushings are expensive, with each one costing over $20. To avoid this expense, I created these replacements for myself. My designs are made from nylon and work effectively. Additionally, I offset the axle hole by 2mm to eliminate slack in the chain and prevent it from falling off. Two models are included here: one features a standard axle hole in the center, while the other has the axle hole offset by 2mm. I highly recommend using nylon with an infill of at least 80%.
