I'm using a potentiometer-based throttle lever, controlled by an Arduino or DIY motor driver. This design makes it simple and intuitive to use. For added safety, I've included optional end switches. The instructions are clearly depicted in the accompanying images; however, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask. This project was printed with PET-G at a resolution of 0.2mm.
