Design engineers can create complex forms with ease thanks to AM's flexibility, allowing them to focus solely on aesthetic and functional aspects without worrying about manufacturability. A trophy designed for a competition is a perfect example of this - simplicity and elegance are key when it comes to making a lasting impression. As students at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, we took part in Protolabs' design contest, embracing the challenge to push boundaries and showcase our skills.
