"It's your mind that creates this world," Buddha once said, inspiring me to craft this trophy for #3DPIAwards. The design consists of three main components: a human head shaped by a wire frame structure, a world globe with the 3D printing industry and Protolabs logo, and two twisted Pi numbers serving as a support structure for the globe. Key facts about this model include:1. The world globe can rotate, thanks to its design which features two separate parts - the globe inside the head and a gap between the Pi number column and the head allowing for rotation after printing without assembly. This may be the first dynamic trophy ever created!2. The "Pi number" that forms a column with the world globe is also the first two letters of "Printing," the term prominent in #3DPrintingIndustry logo!3. The Pi number is visible from the top view of the model.4. Multiple holes in the world globe allow for easy removal of excess resin.This design is optimized for SLA or DLP 3D printing technology, and transparent resin will highlight the beauty of this trophy.
