This is a tensioner for the y-axis on the TronXY X1, which will also fit any 2040 aluminum extrusion. The goal was to create a very sturdy tensioner that doesn't slide or shake while keeping the belt and pulley as rotationally controlled as possible. I borrowed design elements from other tensioners but modeled this one from scratch in Blender. I kept the design blocky to match the straight lines of the extrusions, which I believe makes it a very strong and sturdy tensioner. It uses the same hardware that came with the printer except for an M5 x 30mm bolt and M5 nut for the actual tension piece and three M3 x 40mm bolts that go through the shaft.
