This prototype utilizes jopereira's exceptional Y motor mount, available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2437197. To assemble this build, you'll need the following components: m5 hex cap screw, 30mm long with nut m4 screws, 6mm long x4 m4 t-nut x4 m3 6mm pulley x1 m3 hex cap screw, 15mm long x1 m2 screws x2 When installing the pulley, note that the m3 screw acts as an axle and should simply slot in without a nut. The m5 tensioner screw requires press-fitting into the pulley mount, along with the nut in the tensioning gear. Be aware that the linear rail holes are precisely 8.25mm, which may necessitate some extra force when pressing the rods into place. To ensure proper assembly, please refer to the included pictures for guidance. Additionally, note that the zip tie is not required, as it was originally intended to address a motor damper issue during my testing process.
