UPDATE: Made adjustments to the layout of the components to improve functionality. You might find the cooling duct positioned a bit too close to the print surface for your preference. It's recommended to file off a little from the bottom where it could come into contact with the bed or the print. This is a mount specifically designed for the Tronxy XY-2 printer, working seamlessly with the OEM print cooling fan and E3D or clone-type extruders that use the clamping collar mount. You must re-level your bed after installing this. It lowers the print head by 3-5 mm, so you should start by lowering your bed to its lowest setting possible, then raise it from there. For my printer, I raised the stop-point on the Z-axis about 3mm just to give me extra adjustment room. I designed the mount to work with two #8 machine screws and nuts. It's likely that it will also work with 5mm cap socket bolts, but I don't have any to test it with. The clamp is a bit under-sized intentionally as I didn't want the print head to rotate too freely. Once you import this into your slicer, rotate the parts to -90 on the Y-axis so that they lay flat, and I use zig-zag support at 15%. Designed using Rhino 6
