What started out as finding a solution to do a quick alignment of the dual Z motors accidentally became a way to prevent the nozzle from crashing too hard into the bed. If it doesn't crash too hard, the bed level will not be too skewed and still usable. Current height works for me with my nozzle and bed setup. Should be pretty easy to change height to suit your setup. I used a single M4x8 screw and M4 T nut to secure this to the 2020 extrusion. Printed in transparent ABS at 100% infill. ***** If this is useful to you, please download and like at https://www.printables.com/model/389005-tronxy-x5sa-z-axis-crash-protector Clicking on my AliExpress affiliate link below will give me a small kickback if you purchase something within 3 days.
