TRONXY X5SA - XY STEPPER MOUNTS I know, I know ... another set of XY stepper mounts! Besides the fact that this is a "flat-print" two parts mount, there is no innovations in this design. But if you landed here, you probably need this design to go ahead with the Z-ANTI WOBBLE for your X5SA. You will need: 10 x M4 screws 12 mm 4 x M3 scrwes 12 mm (for Y NEMA) 4 x M3 scrwes 8 mm (for X NEMA) 10 x washers M4: 10 mm (max. ext. diam) 8 x washers M3: I'm using 8,5 mm (ext. diam). The bigger the better! Screws cone head: 6 pcs 3 x 14 (head = 5 mm diam) or similar 10 x T-nuts 4 mm I printed ABS at 100,7%. Gently refitted the M4 holes with a 4 mm drill. Sanded and glued with acetone (or acetone slurry). Apply acetone where the parts are glued together and tighten the screws firmly (simply apply the principle of capillarity). Sand again if needed, but make sure the screw heads are 0,5 or 1 mm deep in the prints. Really easy to produce! One last thing: the carrying plates are NOT symmetrical. The X_plate rises the NEMA 3 mm above the Y_NEMA (see picture). The original plexi plates were to thick, so the X-NEMA shaft was not long enough to 'hold' the pulley. Enjoy! O.
