Tronxy X5SA upgrade, Trianglelab 3:1 geared extruder, E3D V6 hotend

I designed parts for Trianglelab 3:1 geared extruder, E3D V6 hotend, and Nema17 pancake stepper motor upgrade. The controller board is CKY-V6-191017 The stock extruder motor from Tronxy uses about 1.4 A, which was overheating the Nema17 pancake motor during test printing. (The motor temperature went over 75 degrees Celsius) So I set current of the pancake motor to 0.8 A by adjusting Vref at 0.64 V. To do Estep tuning, connect the 3D printer to USB port after installation of Tronxy's driver. Run Pronterface, set Port COM#, 115200, press Connect button. Display firmware setting: M503: display settings Set new Estep value, M92 E808.73 Save new setting, M500 I set the Estep number to 808.73 on Marlin firmware using 150 mm as extrusion length and Estep calculation formula. new_Estep_value = (Length / measured_length) * old_Estep_value (150.00 / 143.00) * 770.99 = 808.73 Retraction setting in PrusaSlicer 2.3.3 Length: 0.6 mm Lift Z: 0.6 mm Retraction Speed: 50 mm/s Retract on layer change: on Wipe while retracting: on https://youtu.be/vpF6C-hYmhM
