A collection of parts to modify a Tronxy x5sa to use 3x T8 lead screws with a single belt and motor to drive them all. this re-uses the original linear bearings and bed mounting frame, but allows 15mm to be cut off the ends of the bed frame bringing them inside the external box for enclosing. I have used: A GT2 1524mm long belt to link all 3 pulleys A number of M4x16 fasteners (I need to check this, they could be m4x12) with M4 T nuts 20T motor pulley (although I have a GT2 pulleys in my zonestar z axis upgrade thing, but they're 16T and 32T or 18T and 36T..) 3x 500mm long T8 leadscrews (I used single start ones, but you could use the orginal 4 start ones and buy an extra one) 3x antibacklash nuts (optional but nice) 3x KFL08 flange block bearing (I re-used the original 2 and bought an extra one) 4x 608 bearings (one for each leadscrew and one for the belt tenstioner) 1x M8 bolt (for the belt idler) M8 washers (including one big one to spread the load on the plastic) and a nut for the idler M4x30-40 screws for mounting attaching he z hangers to the z frame M4 nuts (a few) optional parts M4 grubscrews and m4 nuts for the 40T GT2 pulleys an assortment of m3 screws for mounting the motor and linear bearings known issues.. the motor mount can twist the 20x20 extrusion.. but correct placement of the idler reduces this. and if it's screwed to a wooden side plate it should be eliminated it's also a little low requiring the belt pulley to be mounted quite high on the shaft.
