Print it as is, with supports on all sides. Three bearings of 5x16x5 are needed. Large washers and standard washers are required. Screws of 5x40 - 5x50 are necessary. Mounting to guide 20x20 with screw of 4mm and "T" nut of 4mm is necessary. The height is suitable so that the upper carriage can be mounted on a linear HIWIN guide, not on wheel bearings...although everything can be adjusted.
