This is a adjustable belt tensioner that rides on the XY carriage of the Tronxy X5SA series printer. Should be good, if there is a flaw I will update the design. please be patient. Filament is PETG Temp 240c Bed temp 75c Infill 75% Speed 75mm\sec Wall lines 6 Top\Bottom layers 15 Support only touching build plate Hardware 4 M5x45mm 2 M4x30mm 2 M4x20mm or 2M4x15mm your choice Nuts for the M4 hardware 2 6mm Idler pulleys (easy to find on Amazon ) I opted to use BZ 3D GT2 idler pulleys. Also i added 6mm spacers under the left front bottom pulley and in-between the right front pulleys to level the belts. The base of this tensioner was desighned with the raised pulleys in mind. Use the existing outer holes in the XY carriage plate that already hold the outer wheels, replace those bolts with the M5x45 bolts. The lock nuts already there will be reused for the new bolts. The M4x30mm goes through the side of the tensioner base and into the slider portion of the assembly. The M4x20is used to mount the new idler pulleys to the sliding portion of the assembly, depending on your cable track location you may want to use a shorter M4 screw on the X axis side.
