Tronxy X5SA-pro V6 Mount
thingiverse
I am currently utilizing a straightforward V6 mounting system for my Tronxy X5SA-Pro. To achieve effective part cooling, I've repurposed the axial fan from the old hot end. This setup performs better than the standard radial fan due to its reduced direction change resulting from its mounting position. The fan is positioned to blow onto the part rather than directly at the hotend. I recently printed this mount using SUNLU PETG with a layer height of 0.2 mm, three perimeters, and an infill percentage of 20%. Although the base was somewhat challenging to print, the primary focus was on ensuring high-quality heat break mounting. Additional components required for assembly include: 2 M4 x 25 lens head screws 2 M4 nuts 2 M3 x 20 screws 6 (four would also suffice) M3 x 25 screws 4 M4 nuts
