Tronxy X5SA PRO Linear Bearing Strength upgrade
thingiverse
So, My original linear bearing sleeves split, causing the hot bed to not level or stay levelled for long, I printed off some sleeve replacements, which lasted 2 prints before also breaking due to material thickness where the tube meets the base, which cannot be changed without drilling out a larger hole, which I didn't want to do as this would weakening the entire Z Axis bracket. So I decided to make a make a collar that slots onto the bearing sleeve under the Z Axis bar. You will need to drill out the screw holes with a 3.5mm drill bit, and then insert 4 screw bolts + nuts (I used brass) 3mm x 50mm and tighten. The heat bed is now rock solid and prints flawlessly I used 50% infill for strength. I hope this Solves your problem. Drop me a comment if it does :)
