I took some time to create my custom cooler for the Tronxy X5SA Pro. The X5SA Pro and X5SA models have distinct mounting points for the hotend cooler due to their new OSG rails. The hotend cooler supports a standard 40mm fan, while the part cooling system utilizes two 40mm fans. When I replaced my main board with an SKR, I inadvertently reversed the fan wires for the part cooler, resulting in its failure. The stock part cooler is a blower fan. Since I had spare 40mm fans on hand, I designed a cooling system that incorporates them. When designing the part cooling ducts, space constraints between the inductive sensor and hotend wiring limited me to a narrow air pathway for the part cooler. Typically, a blower fan would be more suitable for this application, but I used the available 40mm fans instead. Despite this, some airflow still passes through the part cooling duct, which helps cool prints. Once I obtain some blower fans, I'll redesign the fan duct for improved airflow and efficiency. Currently, my design can be optimized to reduce filament usage and create a lighter hotend assembly. Print orientation is identical to that shown in the photograph.
