I decided to create a custom e3d v6 mount for my tronxy x5sa printer because I was fed up with the original hotend's performance. Specifically, I encountered difficulties when printing materials that demand high extrusion temperatures like ABS and PETG. This mount enables the installation of the original printer fan, perfect for printing PLA and other materials requiring adequate ventilation. The fan duct was designed through DLP printing on my Anycubic Photon S, but it can also be printed using standard FDM printers. The rest of the parts were printed in PETG, yet they can easily be molded in ABS or any other technical material.
