When installing a *Phaetus Dragonfly BMS* on my *Tronxy X5SA* I've encountered the issue that the (inductive, blue) Z sensor (*Tronxy XY-08N*) is now to low compared to the new nozzle Z position. Since the long mounting holes of the Z sensor do not provide sufficient adjustment I needed to design an adapter plate. It provides a Z offset of 7mm. The adapter plate has a thickness of 5mm, hence the Z sensor positions transitions -5mm in X direction. Required additional mounting material: - 2x M3 nuts - 2x M3x4mm or 2x M3x6cmm screws - 2x M3x16 screws (re-used from original mounting) or 2x M3x18mm screws (and optional M3 washers) In my setup this design offers just enough clearance between the Z sensor and my 15mm fold back clips fixing my 1mm carbon print bed (as can be seen in the last picture). So it is possible to move over the clips with the Z sensor while printing 1st layer.
