Tronxy X5SA direct drive mount, BMG, V6, BL TOUCH, PART COOLING

Hi there, here we have a direct drive mount primarily designed for the Tronxy X5 range of printers but will fit any printer with MGN12 linear rails, this mount is super light waight but very strong, and incredibly compact, it allows for the full use of the bed (tested on a 330x330). It is designed for a BMG or clone extruder, and a E3D v6 or clone hot end, leveling mount is universal although i have only tested this with a 3dtouch (BL Touch), it is designed to use the 30x30 cooling fan than came with my genuine e3d V6. the linear rail mount was re designed from the ground up but based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3878425 by https://www.thingiverse.com/jordie_796 this mount also encludes the optional part cooling fan duct that takes a 5015 fan. The x endstop has been relocated to the back of the mount and a spacer is provided for better fixing. this has gone through a number of iterations before deciding on this configuration, it is printed, fitted and tested on my X5SA 330x300 if your linear rails are mounted on top of your x axis extrusion you will gain 11mm max z hight. there is a mount at the top to retain your drag chain It prints in 4 parts (originally designed as a print in 1, but support structures became a nightmare. you will need just 4 X M3 nuts and bolts (Nuts have recesses that are designed to be printed tight so i would recomend you insert all nuts first and screw them down tight to seat them in there recesses. putting everything together is a little tricky, you will need to remove your heat break and heat block first. then take your bmg appart, fit your v6 into the back section of the bmg then slide the assembly into the hot end mount, then re attatch your heat break and heat block. removing the part fan duct will give you access to heat tighten your nozzle.
