Tronxy X5SA bed drag chain fix
prusaprinters
A replace for the little arm that holds the vertical (bed) drag chain to the bed carriage. The holes for the chain are placed 10mm nearer the bed, so the chain shouldn't tangle with the upper aluminium extrusion.Instead of doing a simple block with four holes, I used Fusion topological optimization (file is present) to give it a cool shape and save around 70% of the material.P.D. Actually my printer is a X5SA 400-Pro, but it should actually work with all the series of X5S... I think. If anyone does try this and doesn't work for his printer, post a comment and I'll change the description and maybe adapt it.Print SettingsSupports:YesResolution: 0.3 is OKInfill:25Filament:Sunlu PETG Black Notes: As described above, some tree support might be needed. You might need to pass a round file in the holes to make a little bore so is easier to screw in.The holes for the bed frame are prepared to be screwed in like a nut, so it can be positioned in different ways: for example, I have put the arm under the bed frame, but I have screwed the screws from above, so is easier to operate if neccesary.
