Hello, I've created a Z Sync variant with a 500er 2020 profile because tightening the belt pulled the Z motors together. To make it work, two screws need to be removed from the holding plate and shortened by 2mm. To assemble this design, you'll need: * 2 M4x25 screws (M4x30 fits better in the clamps) * 2 M4 nuts * 6 M3x10 screws * 2 M5x10 screws * 2 2020 M5 groove nuts * 1 piece of 500mm 2020 profile * 2 M5x25 screws * 2 M5 nuts * 2 self-locking M5 nuts * 2 timing belt pulleys, 20 teeth, M5 size, for a 6mm GT2 belt * 2 toothed belt pulleys, 40 teeth, 5mm bore, for a 6mm GT2 belt * 1 long GT2 belt, 1310 teeth If you find this helpful, consider donating to my PayPal account at https://www.paypal.me/MartinSchmid6.
