I created this to enable movement of the Z motor and linear rods inside the frame, with space allocated for the linear rails in my Railcore project (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3871360).\r\n\r\nThis setup allows you to simply attach a piece of plexiglass or similar material to the side of the printer, making it fully enclosed and also enhancing the stiffness of the frame!\r\n\r\nYou will need to trim both ends of the aluminum bar supporting the bed, then drill new holes for the screws, as shown in the accompanying photo.\r\n\r\nThe smooth rods are only secured to the top Z mount; the bottom end of the rod slides through the mount for easier installation.
