It's almost always a bad idea to connect both ends of the Lead Screw Rod . X5S has heavy-duty bearings on top, which create a couple additional problems. Typically, these bearings are not seated properly and are tilted, requiring significant force to straighten them (note that you should only apply this force to the outer ring of the bearing). The second issue is that the worm screws for locking the lead rod often bend the rod because its surface is uneven. The best solution is to let the lead screw flex via two pivot points: stepper motor coupling and lead screw nut of the bed. This fix addresses the side lead rods' upper ends, but for the center lead screw, it has a 2mm oversized hole allowing for flexibility. I've included a test print (50x50mm, single 0.4mm wall, layer mode). The bottom section is printed at 60mm (100%) speed, then the speed is increased to 200% (+temp 30C), and finally the top section is printed at 300% (+temp 15C).
