TRONXY X5S Z AXIS SINGLE STEPPER CONVERSION
thingiverse
As every X5S owner knows, the Z Axis can be a major headache. This clever modification solves that problem by linking one stepper to drive both linear shafts simultaneously. By doing so, it eliminates the issue of print bed calibration gone wrong due to a stepper motor skipping steps. While it won't eradicate the issue entirely, at least the single stepper motor will miss its mark in tandem across both linear shafts. I've included SKP files for any slight adjustments that may be needed to tailor this setup to your unique printer configuration.
