Press the nuts firmly into place before tightening it up or using a big washer on the screw to seat the nuts properly before assembling everything because they fit extremely tightly. I used the 10-24 screws because they were readily available to me and have approximately the same diameter as a 5mm screw. A 5mm non-locking nut may also work. The part is thinner in those 2 spots and I preferred a lower profile nut instead of the ones that came with it. I posted some STL files that use the original size nut if you prefer to stick with the stock pulleys. These are the pulleys I used. Radius of bolt thread is 2.1mm (for M4 screws). Screw and nut radius are 3.93mm (already added 0.2 to 7.66 and divided by 2, this is now for M4 DIN screws). Depth of screw head are 2.8mm and nut head are 3.2mm (also for M4 DIN screws).
