The noctua fans come with an adapter that is bare wires on one end and the fan connector on the other. The holes on the side are to allow the removal of support material, I covered mine in kapton tape but the plugs are also available. (After using this I was not happy with the bl touch being mounted on the back and the part airflow from the 40x20 fan did not seem like enough.)
