Having seen several designs for cable management on the Tronxy X5S carriage, I tried printing a few options but none seemed to work for me. The original OEM design tends to pull the carriage to one side and drag chains are not designed to be loaded sideways, so they eventually sag and risk colliding with parts of the gantry and belts. This design uses 4 x 608 ball bearings for swivel mounts, and it's deliberately a close tolerance fit as I found some other options on Thingiverse were a bit sloppy. I safely removed 8 links from the original chain and still comfortably reached all areas of the bed with the carriage. Sorry about the poor photos; I need to figure out how to reorient them in the app. Once I get back to my PC, I'll fix that. Update: May 26, 2020 - I uploaded version 1.3 of the frame attachment bracket after mine snapped off during an overnight print. Initially, I thought it was a weak spot but later found out there was an error in the slicer settings causing the gantry to shift fully to the rear at the end of the print and a possible collision occurred. Either way, you have the option to print either version if needed.
