I really liked that carriage from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2780420, but I found that its tension wasn't enough to handle slop in my x-carriage. So, I set out to make this adjustable. You'll need some M3x20 screws and nuts to use with this carriage. It has worked great for me so far. I used the small lock washers on the wheels to put just enough of a gap between the carriage and the extrusion. With all that in place, my X-Carriage is rock solid and moves smoothly on the rails. Supports are built right into the model, hopefully making them easy to remove for you.
