Tronxy X5S smooth rod bracket

As a user of Tronxy X5S family printers, you're likely aware that smooth rods are often too short, causing issues when screwed tightly on both ends - leading to bent frames and subsequent bed leveling problems. To resolve this, I designed a simple mod that lets you screw the rods in tightly at the bottom of the printer while keeping them secure at the top without requiring frame screws. This design is intentionally basic and focused on resolving the smooth rod issue. By tightening the rods at the bottom, it prevents the frame from bending, which in turn eliminates bed leveling issues and print quality problems. One important note: I advise against using the pillow block for the leadscrew, as its poor quality will only create more problems than solutions. Instead, consider my other "Z" mods for the Tronxy X5S(-400), including higher Z (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3849400 up to 420mm) and anti-wobble (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3506062) solutions. To assemble this mod, you'll need 4 to 8 M4 screws and T-nuts of 8-12mm length. While M3 size might work as an alternative, I recommend using M4 for better results. Before attaching the mod to your printer's frame, make sure to align the rods with the holes in the 2020 frame on top. If you prefer, you can screw the rods loosely onto the frame first, but avoid tightening them for the last +/-5mm to prevent further bending of the frame down.
