I Designed a Power Supply Enclosure for My Tronxy X5S Using Stock Components, Including the 12v Power Supply, Gearbest MOSFETT, and 24v Power Supply. The Case is Secured to the Frame with Six M4x8 Screws and T-nuts, While Grilles are Held in Place by Twelve M3x10 Screws, Power Supplies are Mounted with Eight M4x12 Screws, and the MOSFETT is Secured Using Four M3x8 Screws. I Assembled the Case by Gluing the Two Halves Together with CA (Superglue). Note that You May Need to Enlarge Holes for the Frame Mounts and Power Supplies. This Enclosure Fitted Snugly, Requiring Me to Bend the Spades on the Switch/Plug to Ensure a Secure Fit. Please Verify That All Connections Are Properly Made Before Applying Power, as the Tight Fit May Cause Short Circuits. I Have Included Solidworks 2018 Files for Download, in Response to Multiple Requests.
