Because of the Core XY configuration of this printer, the relationship between belt tension on the "X" and "Y" axis motors significantly impacts the squareness of prints produced. This motor mount allows for precise tuning of that tension to ensure perpendicular axes. This design relies on two 1/4-20 nuts pressed into the body and two 1/4-20 x 2" long hex bolts. You can also adapt this design using M6 nuts and bolts without making any modifications. M5 bolts and T nuts were used to attach it securely to the frame, while the end of the 2020 rail in the center hole was tapped to accept the "Side Press Pad". This mount is specifically designed for the "Y" axis motor. If you need one for the "X" axis, simply mirror the "Y Mount Body" within your slicer software. The other parts will work seamlessly as is.
